Q. Is all of your merchandise 100% authentic? A. Yes, all of our merchandise is guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new from our suppliers importing from the respective brands manufacturer or sources. We deal with reputable resellers and direct from brand manufacturers representitives in some styles to bring you top quality merchandise at substantially lower prices.
Q. What payment methods are acceptable? A. Cashiers Checks and Wire Transfer accepted. Pay Pal e- checks accepted up to $750 inc shipping. Pay Pal credit cards are accepted for orders $500 and below including shipping. All orders over these amounts are required to pay via Cashiers Check or Wire.Wire fees are $10 for USA wires. All orders processed not via cashiers check or wire or e check are charges a 3% handling fee.
We do not accept international credit card for all international purchases. International buyers we accept wire transfer ($30 fee will apply. We do not take US Postal Money Orders. No personal or company checks. We reserve the right to ship up to 10 business days after payment or upon agreement with you for delivery . Once a payment is made you are in a binding agreement to pay and take possession of products purchased .
When will I be charged? A. We will invoice as soon as your order is confirmed back via email. If you are sending a cashiers check, please allow for payment to clear prior to shipment up to 7 days dependent on bank's policies.
Q. When will I receive my product? A. It takes 7-14 business days to process your order and ship it out dependent on type of order. Estimate arrival time depends on the shipping method you select and the type of delivery time frame offered. All estimated days are business days (which do not include Saturdays and Sundays). Click on the Order status to track your shipment only if you have used site shopping cart checkout to place an order. You will be notified of any delays. If you request overnight or 2 day- items are sent as requested after they arrive to us from our supplier- not when you have checked out. Email offers may not be available on the website and are ordered via our website order form on the front page lower right side of site.
Q. How much will my shipping charges be? A. During the order process, you will be given a few choices of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as any applicable sales taxes are clearly displayed. For orders over a certain value amount we may invoice for additional shipping charges based on weight and value separately.
Q. Sales Tax? A. Please refer to the confirmation email after wholesale registration.
Q. What if I need to return my order? A. All Sales Are Final unless we sent you the wrong item or damage incurred. We must be notified of a problem within 24 hrs of receipt of your delivery or return is not allowable, this includes physical merchandise received as well as our Wholesale Vendor Supplier List you may have purchased.You are responsible to pay all ship fees to return the items. If the return is our error, once the items are received and checked for allowable return ship fees are credited. We do not provide pick ups for any returns. Items may be tag sensored or coded for returns. Tags removed or tampered are not eligible for returned.
If item is received damaged by postal carrier a claim will be filed.Claims for missing merchandise not recieved will also fall under a postal claim and refunds are not issued until a claim is settled via the carrier. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged shipment must be made with the carrier.For postal claims you are required to save the box for shipping carrier inspection and the original contents or claim cannot be filed and no refund is issued. SOME ITEMS MAY BE TAG SENSORED AND BLIND MARKED TO PREVENT FRAUDELENT RETURNS. Damaged merchandise and any other return if approved needs recieved back within 7 days of receipt of delivery or confirmation of return by us. We do not refund prior to carrier claims for damaged or missing merchhandise- please contact the carriers for its policies when claims are processed for refunds. If their is a claim the merchandise and box must be held on to until carriers time frame to settle the claim or the return is not allowed NO EXCEPTIONS.. We are not responsible for 3rd party claims and returns of your merchandise or return requests from customers you have sold to and [ast the time frames for our returns policies listed. Unauthorized returns shipped back will be returned to sender and not accepted.
Authenticity claims must be accompanied by written statement from the authorized dealer in which we will verify. Shipping fees are not refunded if return is authorized.Return claims outside of company policy if allowed are charges a 25% resotcking fee for merchandise sent back in new condition only and to be recieved no later than 7 days from receipt of your delivery- NO EXCEPTIONS .All refunds for authenticity claims are charged a 25% restocking fee if we are unable to verify the letter in writing with the store manager of the brands authorized retail outlet's corporate office ship fees are not refunded for unverifiable claims. You must notify us within 24 hrs of receiving your merchandise of a problem for valid return. It is your responsibility to check your merchandise within this time frame. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error for shipping the wrong item. Merchandise may be tagged and sensored to verify we are receiving our product back. All returns must be accompanied by the copy of the packing slip if included & RMA# is issued for return. All shipments that are undeliverable or refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee if item is refused or not deliverable on 2nd attempt, in addition to applicable, shipping fees for costs of shipping back to us charged by carrier are also minused from credit.
After a return has been received, please allow up to 7 busines days for mailing for exchange or refund. Refund checks are usually sent within 3-7 business days- exchanges may take longer if we are re- ordering item or items.
Item is exchanged first then we offer credit if not in stock. If you placed an order via Pay Pal using credit card or cashiers check, refunds will be credited to your account via our company check mailed to you or pay pal e- check. If Items sent USPS must be sent to us with insurance and tracking and we must receive them within 7 days from your receipt of delivery. We cannot be responsible for not received merchandise or untrackable and uninsured packages.

Q. What if I need to cancel an order after payment? You have 48 hrs to cancel an order after payment allowable for full refund only if we have not shipped the item and provided a tracking prior to this timeframe . Because we pay our suppliers shipping fees and pay them for goods after your payment is received, your shipping fees and or wire fees are not refundable for orders cancelled later than 48 hrs. As in most cases the items have been shipped to us and we would have to ship the items back at a cost to us for returning them to the vendor. All authorized orders cancelled after this time frame will incur 25% restocking fees minused from your credit. Wire fees and ship fees are not refunded .
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card? PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY WE ACCEPT PAY PAL FOR CREDIT CARDS ONLY UP $500.00 at our discretion per order. MOST WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE PAID PP E CHECK UP TO $600.00 AND OVER THAT AMOUNT- WIRE OR CASHIERS CHECK.We do not take Pay Pal or credit cards for orders outside the USA.
A. Yes. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our internet site is built on industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option to place orders over the phone or fax. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
Q. Can I place order internationally? A. Definitely.Certain country restrictions may apply. We are happy to accept international orders, however, we only take wire transfer from an approved bank by our lending institution as the only payment options. Wire transfer is welcome and all international wires are charged a incomming wire fee of $40. Wire fees and customs fees are not refunded for returns. International damaged shipping returns are refunded only upon carrier settlement. Should you ship these items back to us we will minus any customs fees incurred to us from any credit issued unless we made an error in shipping the wrong item to you.

Handbags and accessories, clothing are all new and come with their respective identifying tags, cards, covers applicable to the brand unless stated otherwise in offer. Cosmetics are all new with or without boxes and may be marked for tester use only on box- full box, sample sizes,full size etc. All cosmetics are sold as is.
Wholesale Vendor List is a downloadable fiile sent to you in an E-Book format and is a final sale item once the files arer sent to you. Problems with the Wholesale Vendor Supply list must be received via e-mail within 24 hrs after final keycode is sent or no refund can be given. All Sales are deemed final. Any questions and concerns not asked before the sale via email are not warrantable reasons for returns after the sale if they are not addresed prior to sale via written email unless we shipped the wrong item or a item is received damaged.

All sales are final. Exchanges only if we sent the wrong merchandise , we must be notified within 24 hrs of receipt of tracking delivery of a problem for a return to be considered .Items must be returned no later than 2nd day from the day we authorize the return. Tracking must be prvoided. We do not refund for express, overnight or expedited shipping. Items must be sent ground FEDEX or UPS. ground, or USPS priority. Refund for shipping is only given if we made an error in shipping. Fraudelent claims of returning merchandise that is not ours is cause for no refund. Receipts must be faxed or emailed for shipping refund costs.
Restocking fees of 25% are minused from credit for authenticiity claims not verified asmentioned above. Used, worn, damaged or items of odor are not returnable. Sometimes we can resolve issues for you with a few simple questions. Credit for shipping is allowed if the return acceptance falls within return policies only. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns via carrier You will need to file a claim. We do not provide return ship labels.

will refund the item price back to you if you are unhappy with item a 10 percent restocking fees and ship fees are minused from credit if the item is shipped back within 24 hrs receipt of delivery.
Wholesale Orders Returns are accepted if the bag is defective. Returns
are for exchange of the same item only. If the item is no longer in stock
you can exchange for another item.Item must be shipped back within 24 hrs of receipt or a 10 percent restocking fee will apply for returns not sent back within 24 hrs from receipt of delivery.
If
more than 24 hours have passed since receipt, we may authorize a
return. You will receive credit for your items minus a restocking fee and minus ship fees. Restocking fees are as follows
Less than a week (but more than 24 hours) - 10% restock fee. More than one week less than 10 days 30% restock fee If you want to resell your items to our other customers in our database- please contact us and we will charge Final Value Fee of the item sold.
Buyers are deemed responsible to accept merchandise in good faith as received and any problems or claims are to be addressed within 24 hrs of receipt of delivery or return claim is not valid. No exceptions.
